What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare bid packages
• support bid/no-bid and final bid decisions
• assess site conditions, logistics, schedules, constructability, and risks
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• provide conceptual pricing
• assist with bid forms and pre-qualifications
• participate in site walks and pre-bid meetings as needed.
