What you'll do

• Oversee and document daily job-site activities, including OSHA safety compliance, and direct field personnel according to the project plan. Communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager
• support project startup and turnover. Formulate, implement, and update schedules, including six-week look-ahead reporting. Manage safety meetings, inspections, quality benchmarks, subcontractor performance, site logistics, documentation, meetings, material deliveries, and project closeout.

Why this role
