Retail Sales Associate — Full-Time

The Retail Sales Associate role is onsite at the West Housatonic Street location in Pittsfield, MA. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, with the opportunity to earn commissions in addition to base pay. Amazing Intimate Essentials operates intimate wellness stores and states its mission is to make intimacy a force for good in customers’ lives. The associate engages customers, explains products and promotions, and supports buying decisions while maintaining a customer-focused selling environment. The role also helps keep merchandise and the sales floor organized and follows store policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Educate customers about products, offers, and specials
• support customer buying decisions
• provide service as part of the store team
• follow retail policies and procedures
• perform stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
