What you'll do

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues
• analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules
• reconcile data across platforms
• create operational prompts and documentation
• document recommended system changes
• assess impacts on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrated tools
• provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
