What you'll do

• Assist the superintendent with project documentation, layout, and field office support
• develop resource-loaded CPM schedules in Primavera
• coordinate project kickoff meetings
• forecast cash flow and manpower
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• support budgets, cost codes, estimates, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate materials, permits, and inspections
• monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and safety
• support timely completion and closeout documentation.
