What you'll do

• Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders
• maintain item cards, pricing, and product information
• create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• maintain customer pricing agreements
• respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates
• manage mail
• handle shipping and receiving
• maintain inventory records
• process returns and warranty claims
• and keep warehouse areas orderly and safe.
