Thrift Store Associate

Job overview

The Thrift Store Associate role is onsite in Lebanon, PA. The schedule includes Monday–Saturday availability for morning and evening hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pay is $14 per hour. Jubilee Ministries serves people affected by incarceration through its Christian ministry mission. The associate supports store and dock operations by assisting customers, processing donations, operating the register, and keeping merchandise and work areas organized. The role contributes to the ministry’s work by supporting the retail operation and its customer and donation services.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to store and dock visitors
• operate the register as scheduled
• assist management with customer concerns and returns
• help open and close the store and dock
• replenish and display merchandise
• keep the store and dock clean and organized
• process donations according to policy
• assist with loading and unloading purchases and donations
• participate in staff meetings and team building
• and follow the ministry’s mission, values, faith statements, and code of conduct.
