• Manage and support email-routing infrastructure applications
• install, configure, and troubleshoot supporting applications
• monitor service performance, availability, and capacity
• resolve problems and document root causes and remedies
• and collaborate with architecture and engineering peers. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
