The Caregiver is an onsite, full-time position in Harmony, MN. Pay is $17–$19.25 per hour. Harmony Place provides support to residents in its senior living communities. The caregiver assists residents with daily activities, comfort, mobility, and engagement while monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior. Working with nursing, dining, and life enrichment staff, the role contributes to coordinated care and residents’ quality of life.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• support mealtimes, recreation, and daily routines
• respond to call lights
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report health or behavior changes
• build supportive relationships with residents and families
• encourage social and wellness activities
• collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff
• attend team meetings and training.

Why this role

Prior caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience is preferred but not required. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire is noted.
