The Filling Operator Team Lead role is onsite at the Greenville, SC plant, with pay of $21.00–$26.00 per hour. The team lead performs filling operations and supports daily department leadership, scheduling, training, and coordination to help deliver finished products safely, accurately, and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and training with production leadership
• guide filling operators
• verify quality approvals and labels
• set up and operate filling equipment
• complete production records and data entry
• coordinate with Quality Control
• troubleshoot routine issues
• manage supplies
• operate material-handling equipment
• clean equipment and work areas
• support safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
