Infant Teacher

The Infant Teacher role is onsite in Chapel Hill, NC, with pay of $14–$20 per hour. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can play and learn. The role supports children’s development through the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, family communication, and collaboration with center staff and leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced classroom teachers
• manage a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children according to their needs
• communicate children’s activities and achievements to parents
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
