What you'll do

• Lead customer programs from contract award through delivery, acceptance, invoicing, and closeout
• manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• develop project plans and track risks
• support proposals and capture
• serve as the customer point of contact
• coordinate production, procurement, logistics, documentation, training, and deployment
• manage program financial performance
• and travel to customer sites and field activities as required. The posting states travel is approximately one week per month.
