The role supports investment decisions, capital coordination, development, and portfolio performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Underwrite acquisition, development, and value-add opportunities
• build and maintain financial models
• prepare investment committee memoranda and debt/equity packages
• manage acquisition and disposition processes, including market analysis, due diligence, negotiation, financing, and closing
• coordinate with lenders and capital partners
• support development from site acquisition and entitlement through construction oversight and stabilization
• work with leasing teams on occupancy and rent roll performance
• contribute to capital raising
• report on portfolio performance and deal pipeline.

Why this role

Requires 4+ years of commercial real estate experience and full-cycle deal experience. Advanced Excel and financial modeling required; Argus and Yardi preferred. TREC license is a plus.
