Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Beverly, NJ. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is responsible for providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support to a group of approximately 8-13 students in an on-campus home, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
