What you'll do

• Develop and maintain food-safety, HACCP, GMP, calibration, pest-control, mock-recall, and regulatory procedures
• participate in quality and environmental audits
• assist logistics and customer service with certificates of analysis and batch-release documents
• monitor preventive controls and report noncompliance
• verify laboratory results and release products
• maintain equipment calibrations
• develop training programs
• maintain customer communications and product specifications
• track KPIs and root-cause activities
• serve on food-safety, audit, and safety teams.

Why this role
