What you'll do

• Oversee onsite construction and field operations
• direct subcontractors, vendors, and crews
• manage look-ahead schedules, deliveries, equipment, and labor
• enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• conduct safety meetings and inspections
• monitor quality and coordinate inspections
• maintain daily reports and communicate field updates
• assist with RFIs and change orders
• and manage punch lists, final inspections, demobilization, and turnover.
