What you'll do

• Lead and supervise daily horizontal directional drilling operations
• plan work assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production
• interpret drawings, bore profiles, utility locates, and specifications
• coordinate drill setup, pilot bores, reaming, fluid management, conduit installation, pullback, and utility crossings
• monitor production and equipment use
• maintain jobsite safety and quality
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• train and mentor crew members
• complete daily reports and bore logs.
