What you'll do

• Prepare examination rooms
• assist with check-ins, admissions, discharges, and transfers
• take and document vital signs and patient histories
• perform ordered diagnostic procedures
• maintain room stock
• complete lab and x-ray requisitions
• enter patient data
• follow infection control and safety procedures
• document care
• assist physicians during examinations
• transmit prescription refills as directed.
