The scheduler coordinates caregiver coverage, client assessments, and schedule changes to support continuity of care, while assisting with visit verification, billing, payroll, and staff time-off tracking.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home assessments for new clients
• schedule caregivers to cover shifts
• monitor schedules and overtime
• arrange replacements for call-outs
• complete visit verifications
• track employee time-off requests
• assist with monthly service billing and payroll
• fill in for a call-out caregiver in an emergency if no replacement is found and a family would otherwise face hardship.
