What you'll do

• Develop the annual resort-wide marketing and communications strategy, budget, calendar, and channel plan
• create integrated campaigns across resort offerings
• drive demand, conversion, retention, and loyalty
• establish KPIs and measurement frameworks
• oversee brand consistency, digital marketing, website performance, CRM, email, and customer lifecycle programs
• partner with Sales and operating departments
• manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and marketing resources
• report performance and recommendations to senior leadership
• lead and develop the Marketing Department.
