What you'll do

• Welcome clients and apply the CORE client experience approach
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist the Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches with daily operations and cleaning
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to client milestones and set up the celebration board.
