What you'll do

• Manage submittal logs, review shop drawings and technical data, and draft and track RFIs
• assist project managers with schedules and field installation sequences
• coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• track procurement and materials
• assist with change orders, quantity takeoffs, and vendor pricing
• support quality checklists, inspections, and safety standards
• maintain as-built drawings, O&M manuals, closeout logs, and punch lists.
