The IPS Team Lead, Louisiana ACT Program role is onsite in Harvey, LA; pay is $35 per hour. Travel may be required throughout the service area.

What you'll do

• Oversee IPS supported employment and fidelity standards
• monitor program performance and employment outcomes
• train, mentor, and supervise employment specialists
• support fidelity reviews and quality improvement
• collect and analyze performance data and prepare reports
• collaborate with ACT teams and community partners
• maintain a small caseload of approximately two to three participants and provide employment planning, job development, and retention support.
