• Develop, update, and deliver instructor-led and virtual technical courses

• evaluate participant performance and provide feedback
• prepare training materials and equipment
• coordinate with dealership departments
• support technician development programs
• maintain product and equipment knowledge
• help identify training needs and maintain the annual training calendar.
