What you'll do

• Engage travelers in a consultative, guest-first manner
• identify interests and recommend tours and activities
• communicate itineraries, policies, and booking details
• execute bookings accurately
• maintain a polished brand presence at assigned locations
• meet or exceed individual performance expectations
• collaborate with leadership and team members
• follow sales processes, scripts, and training
• participate in coaching and evaluations
• support onboarding and shadowing when requested
• maintain accurate reporting and operational tasks.
