What you'll do

• Review and administer prescribed daily radiation treatments
• prepare rooms, equipment, supplies, and setup devices
• set treatment-unit parameters and deliver prescribed radiation doses
• maintain communication with patients during treatment
• obtain port films and adjust field placement as prescribed
• monitor and report unusual reactions
• maintain immobilization devices and equipment
• record charges and machine downtime
• ensure medical records are accurate and complete.
