What you'll do

• Lead and support the team throughout the season
• recruit a full team, including conducting tryouts if needed
• coach toward a winning record and postseason success
• support players’ academic eligibility and success
• coordinate practice and competition schedules with the Athletic Director
• maintain team equipment and jerseys
• organize offseason conditioning, training, and clinics
• follow MHSAA policies.

Why this role
