Founding Growth Lead

The Founding Growth Lead role is onsite five days per week in San Francisco, CA, or requires willingness to relocate there. Compensation is $180,000–$250,000 per year. The role supports a venture-backed conversational AI company building self-improving agents for autonomous product demos and works directly with the CEO. As the company’s first dedicated growth hire, this role builds and owns the top-of-funnel engine, connecting channel execution and company messaging to qualified traffic, product demos, and pipeline outcomes. It combines hands-on marketing production with structured experimentation and measurement.

What you'll do

• Own top-of-funnel MQL generation across content, paid acquisition, SEO, and organic social
• build content engines and distribution loops across founder-led social, events, partnerships, and outbound
• run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and campaigns and connect results to pipeline outcomes
• write homepage copy, landing pages, case studies, launch posts, and outbound sequences
• shape the company narrative with the CEO
• coordinate with design teams and agencies
• and track and report top-of-funnel MQL metrics.
