Branch Operations Lead

The Branch Operations Lead role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. Compensation is $26–$29 per hour. The role supports East West Bank’s branch team in delivering a high-quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience. The role exists to help customers meet their financial needs while supporting branch service and operational excellence. It combines customer assistance with guidance for junior staff and backup support for the Assistant Branch Manager.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments across online and mobile platforms
• resolve escalated customer issues
• support safe deposit boxes, merchant and vault operations, ATM processing, foreign currency exchange, and new account opening
• train junior staff on referrals, sales opportunities, and compliance
• refer customers to relationship managers or financial consultants
• educate clients about digital banking
• provide backup support for branch certifications and audits.
