What you'll do

• Provide HR support to assigned facilities and serve as a primary HR contact for facility personnel and leaders
• conduct facility visits and address employee relations concerns
• support discipline, performance management, investigations, and documentation
• assist with onboarding, training, recruitment, retention, and engagement
• review staffing schedules and communicate discrepancies
• conduct HR compliance audits and review required screening and credential records
• audit HRIS and training records and follow up on discrepancies.

Why this role
