The Facility Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Atchison, KS; compensation is not specified. The technician maintains and repairs the facility, its equipment, grounds, and vehicles so the residential treatment environment remains safe and functional. The work includes scheduled and emergency repairs, safety checks, documentation, and patient transportation as needed.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair building, plant, and facility equipment
• troubleshoot emergency or unscheduled issues
• perform plumbing, carpentry, remodeling, and grounds maintenance
• maintain equipment records
• assist with fire and environmental safety checks and documentation
• transport patients as needed
• maintain vehicles, tools, and safe work areas.
