• partner with nursing supervisors on operations and staffing
• ensure complete clinical documentation and survey readiness
• serve as a clinical point of contact for residents and families.

Why this role

Requires an active Florida Registered Nurse license and at least two years of Director of Nursing experience in a nursing home, or long-tenured Assistant Director of Nursing experience with readiness to step up. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
