What you'll do

• Perform general building and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues
• complete drywall patching, caulking, painting, carpentry, and facility improvements
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• maintain grounds and irrigation
• perform cleaning and facility upkeep, including handling biomedical waste under established safety procedures
• use hand tools safely
• occasionally work evenings and weekends as required.
