What you'll do

• Process regular, off-cycle, and final payrolls
• validate timekeeping and payroll inputs
• review payroll registers and resolve discrepancies
• maintain payroll records
• process corrections
• manage multi-state tax withholding
• process and reconcile 401(k), HSA, and FSA contributions
• coordinate quarter- and year-end processing
• provide records for audits
• respond to employee questions
• protect confidential information.
