What you'll do

• Complete assigned operations and maintenance tasks for data center and other assigned spaces
• use the computerized maintenance management system to track maintenance work
• follow site operating procedures
• coordinate safe contractor and vendor work
• respond to building system alarms with priority to preserving critical load
• perform operational modifications and lockout/tagout
• support root cause analysis
• comply with company, government, client and environmental health and safety requirements.
