The Senior Corporate & Transactions Paralegal role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ; the stated salary is $120,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports Cogir Senior Living’s Legal Department as the organization oversees senior living communities across 13 states. The paralegal manages and coordinates complex legal work across transactions, governance, contracts, litigation, regulatory matters, and legal operations. This work helps attorneys and business leaders maintain accurate records, meet obligations, and support the organization’s growth and operations.

What you'll do

• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, management transitions, restructurings, and other strategic transactions
• organize and track transaction documents and post-closing obligations
• maintain entity governance records and track filings, licenses, permits, and deadlines
• conduct initial contract reviews using approved playbooks and escalate deviations
• coordinate litigation holds, discovery, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries
• support licensing, audits, compliance initiatives, and legal department process improvements.
