What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• perform routine equipment checks and report issues
• follow production schedules and output targets
• handle meat products under USDA and company food-safety standards
• inspect, label, package, and track products
• record production data and maintain logs
• clean the work area
• use required PPE
• and communicate workflow or quality issues.
