The position is available part-time or full-time, with evening hours from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM and every-other-weekend work required. At Park View Care Center, a Cassia community, cooks prepare meals for residents as part of its senior-care mission. This role prepares meals to recipes and quality standards, accommodates special diets, and supports safe, sanitary food service. It also helps maintain resident service quality through kitchen teamwork, stock awareness, and required training.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals, including specials and grill service, according to recipes and quality standards
• review planned meals and special diet requests
• follow diet restrictions and modifications
• inspect the kitchen for safety and sanitation
• monitor stock and high-demand choices
• support resident service and participate in required meetings and training.
