The role contributes to safe, organized kitchen operations and works with senior chefs under the Chef de Cuisine.

What you'll do

• Prepare kitchen food, including butchery and fish preparation
• follow batches and recipes
• maintain food quality and consistency
• receive goods
• support health and safety
• maintain kitchen equipment
• understand products and follow company recipes exactly
• liaise with senior chefs.
