What you'll do

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for IOP/PHP clients
• provide individual counseling as assigned
• complete clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• conduct behavioral health and substance use assessments
• prepare required reports
• participate in clinical staffing and interdisciplinary team meetings
• coordinate care
• monitor client progress and support treatment planning
• maintain compliance with applicable standards
• support a safe therapeutic environment.

Why this role
