What you'll do

• Resolve complex hardware, software, and operating-system issues across workstations, thin clients, and VDI
• design, test, and deploy configurations, upgrades, patches, and enterprise images using SCCM/SMS and Citrix
• guide junior technicians and deliver user training
• administer endpoints and peripherals
• manage accounts, directories, email, and profiles
• lead backup and archive recovery
• conduct compliance audits and tune systems
• maintain incident logs and technical runbooks
• manage IT projects.
