This role supports the FAA’s Engineering Services Terminal team, applying advanced technical knowledge to complex facility modernization and telecommunication projects. The role exists to plan, coordinate, and perform engineering work with a high degree of independence. The engineer manages project lifecycles, performs on-site surveys, and ensures construction projects meet milestones and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Performs on-site surveys for design and reporting
• generates sketches and specifications
• participates in construction inspections
• coordinates design components with multi-disciplinary teams
• prepares AutoCAD construction drawings
• manages project risks and schedules
• oversees on-site cutovers and testing.
