What you'll do

• Develop scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents from conversational design through production deployment.
• Maintain and optimize Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 while participating in migration toward Microsoft Foundry and Agents 365 Azure SDK.
• Build MuleSoft integrations with PeopleSoft and Salesforce, manage omnichannel dialogs and live-agent handoffs, combine classical NLU with LLMs, and analyze conversation metrics to improve flows and intent accuracy.
