What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment
• respond to guest, staff, and management requests
• inspect building systems and safety equipment
• document maintenance activities
• respond to emergencies
• coordinate with departments and contractors
• perform general repairs
• assist with renovations and equipment upgrades
• and follow safety and environmental requirements.
