The role supports a 24/7 plant producing fruit-based food and beverages. What you'll do

• Set daily priorities and assign work
• coach mechanics and provide feedback
• coordinate troubleshooting and repairs with production
• oversee maintenance of production equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, refrigeration, boilers, wastewater treatment, buildings, and facilities
• identify improvements to safety, reliability, and efficiency
• help prepare for seasonal operations.
