What you'll do

• Lead and support facility administrators and leadership teams
• monitor census, admissions, payer mix, staffing, labor, and expenses
• manage budgets and financial performance
• support census-growth strategies
• maintain compliance, survey readiness, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction
• recruit and develop facility leaders
• report performance to senior leadership.
