The role coordinates people, schedules, budgets, and quality so engineering work meets program requirements and supports delivery of custom aircraft interiors.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers designing and certifying aircraft modifications and interior electrical systems
• ensure technical requirements, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• guide design for cost, installation, and manufacturing
• recruit, hire, train, evaluate, coach, and mentor staff
• establish discipline standards and processes
• manage priorities and staffing plans
• coordinate with other departments and vendors
• develop workflow tools and procedures
• assist with bids and cost estimates.
