What you'll do

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipes and presentation guidelines
• engage with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations
• process cash and credit transactions
• clean and sanitize the bar, glassware, utensils, and equipment
• monitor and restock beverage inventory
• promote menu items and specials
• verify legal drinking age when necessary
• monitor guest behavior and refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• attend required training and maintain TEAMS certification and alcohol awareness training.
