What you'll do

• Assist with configuration and installation of Avaya systems
• check the health of the Avaya environment, including trunking and adjunct systems
• work trouble and programming tickets
• provide tier III support for complex issues
• work with telecom providers on circuit issues
• deploy new Avaya products and technologies
• create user documentation
• train junior staff on Avaya technologies.
