What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders
• serve meals on time and in appropriate portions
• prepare therapeutic and special diets as directed
• review menu and diet changes
• assist with meal service, substitutions, and special events as needed
• maintain kitchen and food-storage cleanliness
• follow infection control and food safety standards
• monitor supplies
• complete documentation
• adhere to HIPAA and resident confidentiality requirements.
